Their website is pretty deceptive. Their website says: "Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to ship. We use UPS to ship out all orders. You may refer to the shipping map to determine
delivery time." The map shows the days it will take to ship to my location. I ordered my item on 12/13 but here it is 12/21 and it is "just on the truck" with no delivery date yet posted. When I called, they told me that they don't even start the delivery process until 5 days after you order. Guess I'll have to give a picture of the item for Christmas. I'd have the item by now from any other retail website.
